House broken into

A house was reported broken into at 2:07 p.m. Wednesday at 75463 160th St. outside Albert Lea. Cellphones and other items were reported taken.

Albert Lea police arrested Ryan Joseph Voelker, 30, on probable cause for check forgery and possession of counterfeit checks during a traffic stop at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of West Clark Street and South St. Mary Avenue. Voelker is facing charges of driving after suspension, having no proof of insurance, fifth-degree meth possession and hypodermic needles possession.

Sah Po Eh, 23, was held on an apprehension and detention order after a probation violation was reported at 4:17 p.m. Tuesday at 210 E. Front St.

Erik Jeremy Hernandez, 40, was reportedly brought to jail and signed in on an apprehension and detention order after an arrest warrant execution was reported at 9:40 p.m. Tuesday at 114 N. Ermina Ave. Police cited Sabrina Maria Angel Truesdell, 29, for careless driving at the scene.

1 arrested on warrant

Albert Lea police arrested James Kolby Ralph Lund Jr., 44, on a St. Louis County warrant for domestic assault during a traffic stop at 3:19 a.m. today at 820 Happy Trails Lane.

1 in custody for drunken driving

One person was reported in custody for driving while intoxicated at 7:14 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Garfield Avenue and Johnson Street. The name of the person was not available at press time.

1 served on local warrant

Police served Quinton Dwayne Amos, 35, on a local warrant at 8 a.m. Wednesday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

2 cited during traffic stop

Police cited Jocelyn Rene Torres, 21, for possession of drug paraphernalia and Anthony Metcalf for no proof of insurance during a traffic stop at 7:21 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of South Washington Avenue and West William Street.

Vehicles damaged

An attempted vehicle break in was reported at 2:05 p.m. Wednesday at 1113 S. Newton Ave. The passenger-side front door was apparently damaged. A theft of a vehicle sticker was reported.

A vehicle was reported damaged at 5:21 p.m. Wednesday at 1325 Margaretha Ave.
