Our goal is to ensure academic and behavior success with all of our students. By having a school-wide behavior system in place, our students hear the same message from all of our staff and in all areas of the school. All families were given a copy of our handbook at their child’s conference before school began. We want our efforts to be collaborative between home and school.

Our expectations are: Tiger Pride = safety, respect and responsibility. Each area of our school has expectations laid out in all three areas. We have displayed posters with our expectations throughout the building.

Our expectations are set up to be proactive. We want to focus on the positive. Expectations are modeled and practiced to demonstrate what students should be doing to ensure clarity and success.

Students demonstrating Tiger Pride receive Everyday Hero cards. These cards are turned into the office daily. They are read every morning during announcements, and then I call or email families to let them know how proud we are of their child’s actions. This is truly a highlight of my day!

Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
