How can Trump write off so much?

This past weekend I went to a garage sale. There were two ladies there. One of the ladies said I know you. You write letters to the editor. I responded, “Yes.” She mentioned that she didn’t agree with some of my comments, so I asked her, “What comment do you disagree with?” I didn’t get a response. I asked her if she knew anyone that was a Trump supporter. She said she did and so did her friend. It became obvious to me that I was talking to two Trump supporters. So I asked them if they knew of anyone that Trump has ever done anything for other than himself. I didn’t get a response. I then asked them if they could tell me what any Republican politician has ever done for them. I didn’t get a response.
They did mention that when they see my name on the letter to editor that they refuse to even read what I wrote. I know better than that. There is no doubt in my mind they read my letters. They read them and reread them and read them again and then look for some way to find fault with them. Their final response to me was that all politicians are crooked. This is the same response I have gotten from Republican voters when they don’t have an answer to my questions.
I don’t hold it against these two ladies because of their opinion. After all, I spent 20 years of my life in the service defending their right to their opinion no matter how wrong it may be. By the way, I wonder if any of those Trump supporters are aware that during the Vietnam War Trump got four or five deferments. He then got a 4/F classification in 1972. That means unfit for military duty. His doctor recently said he is in better health than any president who has run for office in recent times. Isn’t it amazing that when you are rich what money can buy. Another question I have is if Trump can write off almost a billion dollars in tax losses and then turn out to be a multi-millionaire? How is this possible? He must have gone to Trump University. I wonder if I can get into Trump University and if I could learn his secret on how to do that.
