I have worked with Angie Hanson for the past nine years at Southland School District. Over those years, I have had the privilege to watch Angie grow into a leader for our district.

To say that Angie is a hard worker and passionate about what is right for children is a big understatement. If there is something that could improve our school, Angie spearheaded efforts to make us better.

When no one stepped up to champion a cause, Angie was there recruiting, empowering and spreading her enthusiasm. She is a creative problem-solver and simply a very good team player. If what I’ve said sounds too good to be true, I guess you haven’t met Angie Hanson yet! Every school board should be so lucky as to have someone as dedicated, intelligent and knowledgeable as Angie. Good luck, Albert Lea; I hope you choose wisely the individuals that will be leading your school!
