Albert Lea police arrested Joseph Engel Brigston, 56, for domestic assault after a domestic incident was reported at 11:19 p.m. Saturday at 1510 Academy Ave.

Police arrested Brett Willis Warner, 28, for fifth-degree drug possession during a traffic stop at 12:19 a.m. Friday, near the intersection of Broadway and West Seventh Street.

1 arrested for DWI, other violations

Police cited Eh Wah, 24, for driving while intoxicated after a traffic crash with no injuries was reported at 4:26 p.m., near the intersection of Columbus Avenue and Ramsey Street. Wah was also cited for having no Minnesota driver’s license and leaving the scene of a property damage crash.

6 cited, arrested for violations

Police arrested Malori Marie Nesse, 24, for theft and gross misdemeanor possession at 3:52 p.m. Friday at 201 W. Main St.

Police cited a juvenile for possessing drug paraphernalia, possessing a small amount of marijuana and possessing tobacco at 9:28 a.m. Wednesday at 2000 Tiger Lane.

Police arrested Kristen MIchelle Andersen, 41, for gross misdemeanor passing counterfeit money after counterfeit activity was reported at 1:28 p.m. Saturday at 2222 E. Main St.

Police cited Stephanie Antoinette Hill, 48, for theft at 7:34 p.m. Wednesday at 1550 Blake Ave.

Police cited Marissa Renee Garcia, 21, for disorderly conduct after a fight was reported at 1:27 a.m. Friday at 134 W. William St.

Police arrested Edwin Kendale J. Nyman, 21, on an harassment restraining order violation during a traffic stop at 8:08 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Ruble Avenue and Bridge Avenue.

4 arrested on warrants

Police arrested Kimberly Anne Jantzen, 41, on a local warrant at 11:53 a.m. Wednesday at 302 S. Broadway.

Police arrested Sarah Marie Segura, 21, on a local warrant during a traffic stop at 10:52 p.m. Friday on the 600 block of West Ninth Street. At the scene, police cited one person for having no Minnesota driver’s license.

Police arrested Sebastian Robert Schumacher, 22, on a Waseca County warrant after a suspicious person or vehicle was reported at 1:07 a.m. Saturday at 1550 Blake Ave.

Ashley Simone Abdelhakim, 27, turned herself in on a local warrant at 4:44 a.m. Monday at 411 S. Broadway.

Fire reported

A fire was reported at 4:50 p.m. Wednesday at 1716 Frank Hall Drive. Additional information was not available at press time.

Thefts reported

Toys valued at $1,000 were reported stolen at 10:49 a.m. Sunday at 2510 Bridge Ave.

A 2000 Honda Civic was reported stolen at 2:56 p.m. Saturday at 1609 Bridge Ave.

Two $20 counterfeit bills were reported received at 1:42 p.m. Saturday at 2011 E. Main St.

A theft was reported at 8:36 a.m. Wednesday at 1000 E. Hawthorne St.

A red and silver 21-speed Mongoose mountain bike was reported stolen at 7:58 a.m. Monday at 1308 Academy Ave.

Sunglasses, a flashlight and a $20 bill were reported stolen at 12:03 p.m. Monday at 329 W. College St. The suspect was possibly known by a family member of the alleged victim.

Sexual assault was reported at 9:53 p.m. Wednesday in Albert Lea.

A burglary in progress was reported at 7:07 p.m. Thursday at Hardware Hank, 1647 W. Main St.

A burglary was reported at 7:47 a.m. Friday at 603 Trollwood Drive. No items were reported missing.

A burglary was reported at 1:06 p.m. Friday at 637 Lakeview Boulevard.

A house was reported broken into at 8:30 p.m. Sunday at 615 Trollwood Drive. A television was reported missing.

Jewelry was reported missing at 2:07 p.m. Monday at 1114 Fairlane Terrace. A rear door to the residence was reported kicked in, and a gun cabinet was pried open.
