1 arrested for DWI

Albert Lea police arrested Kristopher Michael Moen, 27, for third-degree driving while intoxicated, second-degree test refusal, having a blood alcohol content of .08 or more within two hours, no proof of insurance, open bottle, possessing drug paraphernalia, possessing a small amount of marijuana and speeding during a traffic stop at 10:42 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of East Main Street and Morningside Road. Plates were impounded, and the vehicle was seized.

A gun was reported not received after money orders were sent at 3:23 p.m. Tuesday in Albert Lea.

Counterfeit money was reported at 4:28 p.m. Tuesday at 906 W. Front St.

Theft by fraud was reported at 4:44 p.m. Tuesday at 312 Burr Oak Drive.

A bike was reported stolen at 5 p.m. Tuesday at 2021 Stevens St.

A guitar was reported taken out of an unlocked vehicle at 8:29 p.m. Tuesday at 1209 James Ave. The incident is believed to have happened earlier that day at another address.

A theft of a license plate was reported at 10:19 a.m. Tuesday at 1418 S. Fourth Ave.

Terroristic threats reported

Terroristic threats were reported at 11:14 a.m. Tuesday.

Threats were reported at 4:09 p.m. Tuesday at 1452 W. Main St. A suspect was identified.

A threat was reported at 4:42 p.m. Tuesday 2107 Stevens St.

Vehicles damaged

Two vehicles were reported vandalized at 11:24 a.m. Tuesday at 709 S. Washington Ave. Damage to tires was reported at $800.

A threat was reported at 3:47 p.m. Tuesday 204 E. Front St.
