The women of First Lutheran Church will host Holidays Ahead from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday in Bethany Hall. Coffee with Scandinavian goodies will be available from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. with a luncheon following from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. According to a press release, the event will also have crafts, lefse, cookies and candy for sale. For the first time the group will have a basket silent auction, as well. Proceeds from the event will benefit missionaries.
