Lori died Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016, at her home.

Lori A. Kusel was born July 15, 1953, in Albert Lea, the daughter of Thomas and Betty (Sundstrom) Goskeson. She was united in marriage to Delbert Kusel on May 25, 1979, at The Little Brown Church.

The people in her life were very special to her; she was a bright spot in the lives of friends and family. Lori loved animals, having many pets throughout her life. Her last pets Reba, Jazz and Shammy were a bright spot in her life.

Lori is survived by her husband, Delbert Kusel; brother, Jay Goskeson; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Betty Goskeson; and brother, Jon.

In lieu of flowers, her family wishes for contributions to the local humane society or a charity of the donor’s choice.
