The Albert Lea Art Center hosted a Night with Wine and Rose, the seventh annual Celebrating the Arts and Artists, Sept. 23 at Wedgewood Cove Golf Club. The event featured internationally-known artist Rose Frantzen of Maquoketa, Iowa.
