Join family and friends in celebrating the life and legacy of Hazel Wittman Kepple at 2 p.m. Dec. 27 at First Presbyterian Church, 308 Water St. in Albert Lea. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Memorials can be made to the Albert Lea Education Foundation, Audubon Society or donor’s choice.
