CLARKS GROVE — It’s the most wonderful time of the year.

That was the feeling Saturday morning at Bud’s Christmas Tree Farm in Clarks Grove, where area residents could be seen walking the grounds to pick out their Christmas trees.

Saws are provided to customers as they enter the farm, and once they’ve picked out and cut down the tree of their choice, the tree is shaken to remove any dead needles. Tree farm staff are on hand to help with every part of the process, including tying down and securing trees inside or on top of vehicles.

Bud’s Christmas Tree Farm, 75668 270th St. in Clarks Grove, is open from 9 a.m. to dark Fridays and Saturdays and from noon to dark Sundays through Dec. 18, according to the farm’s website.
