The first Civil War roundtable presentation of 2017 will be early Thursday evening in the media center of Albert Lea’s Southwest Middle School, commencing at 7 p.m. The Rev. Matt Griggs will present “The Life And Times Of A Tennessee Soldier” as his topic. He will respond to questions, with a discussion immediately following his presentation. This event is free to the general public. Only severe weather, thereby necessitating closure of schools for the day, would prevent this program from materializing.
