Albert Lea mock trial defeats Waseca

The Albert Lea mock trial team competed in round one of the region six state mock trial competition Jan. 13. Albert Lea traveled to Waseca County Courthouse to bring Chris Jackson’s civil action against Dr. Morrie Powers and ISD 999 for violating Jackson’s First and 14th Amendment rights under 42 USC 1984. Albert Lea’s record is now 1-0 as the Tigers defeated Waseca 199-185.​ - Provided
