I live on a farm south of Albert Lea.

Halverson.

Favorite teacher of all time and why?

I have had many wonderful teachers and it’s too hard to pick just one.

Favorite book/author:

“Every Soul a Star” by Wendy Mass.

Current/past activities, volunteer work and accomplishments:

I am a member of 4-H, I am on the ALHS swim team, I volunteer with people who have special needs and I enjoy riding rangers.

What do you want to do after high school?

I plan to go to college and help out with my family’s farm.

What advice would you give to younger students in Albert Lea?

I would say to always smile, be kind, be yourself, follow your dreams and never give up.
