Police arrested a juvenile on two Waseca County juvenile warrants at 3:36 p.m. Thursday at 100 W. Hawthorne St.

Damage to property reported

A door was allegedly kicked in at 5:38 p.m. Thursday at 807 Water St. Though people allegedly had gone through the basement, no items were initially reported missing.
