Albert Lea police arrested Seth Galen Kilian-Bock for felony criminal damage to property, gross misdemeanor stalking and disorderly conduct after criminal damage to property was reported at 11:55 p.m. Saturday at 811 Columbus Ave.

drunken driving

Police arrested one person for driving while intoxicated, gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation, an interlock violation and prohibited possession of a stun gun at 10:55 p.m. Friday at 2222 E. Main St. The name was not listed on police records.

Assaults reported

A sex crime with a child victim was reported at 7:55 p.m. Sunday in Albert Lea.

5 arrested, cited for violations

Police arrested Sandra Lee Tischler for a gross misdemeanor violation of an order for protection at 7:18 p.m. Sunday at 517 E. Fourth St.

Police cited a juvenile female for tobacco possession at 11:15 a.m. Friday at 2000 Tiger Lane.

Police cited Sandra Lee for disorderly conduct at 7:08 p.m. Saturday at 1210 E. Main St.

Police cited one person for underage drinking and possession of a small amount of marijuana and one person for underage drinking and possessing alcohol at 12:22 a.m. Sunday at 1502 Eberhart St. Names were not available on police records.

2 arrested
on warrants

Michael Ray Sanders, 43, turned himself in on a local warrant at 3:57 p.m. Thursday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

Police arrested one person on a warrant out of Owatonna at 2:40 a.m. Saturday at 2311 Doral Ave. At the scene, police arrested one person for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession. Names were not available on police records.

Fraud reported

Armslist fraud was alleged at 7:41 a.m. Thursday at 515 Triangle Drive.

Two unauthorized charges of $1,258 and $7.50 on an account were reported at 11:55 a.m. Thursday at 922 E. 14th St.

Theft by fraud was alleged at 8:52 p.m. Thursday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.

Items stolen

A jar of change, cigarettes and a bottle of approximately 30 Tramadol pills were reported taken from a residence at 10:03 p.m. Friday at 2305 Capri Ave. A red 35 mm Canon camera, Sony camcorder and a savings bond for $50 were also reported taken. A brown boxer/pitbull dog was reported missing from the residence.

A theft of an air compressor, water heater and pump from a car wash was reported at 5:50 p.m. Saturday on the 200 block of East State Street in Emmons.

A passport and other papers were allegedly stolen at 3:16 p.m. Thursday at 2153 Highland Ave.

Items damaged

Tires were allegedly slashed on a blue Chevy truck at 9:18 a.m. Thursday at 921 W. Front St.

A Little Free Library box frame was reported pushed in and knocked over in a yard at 6:38 p.m. Saturday at 807 North Shore Ave.

Foot pursuit reported

A foot pursuit was reported at 1:35 a.m. Friday at the intersection of South First Avenue and Belmont Street.

Trespassing alleged

A trespassing complaint was made at 2:44 p.m. Sunday at 411 S. Broadway.
