Child abuse/neglect reports were made at 8:48 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Monday in Albert Lea.

Child neglect was alleged at 6:31 p.m. in Albert Lea.

Items reported missing, stolen

A riding mower worth $8,000 was missing at 6:53 p.m. Monday at 20246 880th Ave., outside Oakland.

Approximately $400 in cash was reported missing at 7:55 a.m. Monday at 100 Fountain St. The money was missing after a purse was left at a park. A wallet with the money inside of it was allegedly taken but was later returned without the money.

A Dewalt drill, a Skil circular saw and Milwaukee reciprocating saw were reported stolen at 11:45 a.m. Monday at 110 N. Ermina Ave. The items were allegedly stolen after a vacant house was broken into. The loss was estimated at $250.

A theft report was made at 1:34 p.m. Monday at 1100 Broadway Ave.
