1 arrested for domestic assault

Albert Lea police arrested Jody Rae Seeger, 57, for fifth-degree assault after an assault report was made at 11:20 p.m. Tuesday at 200 North Lane.

A domestic incident that allegedly happened Saturday night was reported at 2:15 p.m. Tuesday at 415 W. College St.

2 arrested for drunken driving

Albert Lea police Sophia Reyna, 45, for second-degree driving while intoxicated and second-degree test refusal after a report of a drunken driver was made at 6:25 p.m. Tuesday at 701 S. Broadway Ave. The vehicle was described as almost hitting oncoming traffic and swerving, driving up on a sidewalk and almost striking a stop sign.

Police arrested Christopher Kenneth Rahn, 27, for fourth-degree DWI during a traffic stop at 7:24 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of West Ninth Street and South Fourth Avenue. Rahn was released to a responsible party, police records state.

1 arrested on warrant

Police arrested Raymond Leonard Sheldon, 50, on a Mower County warrant at 6:08 p.m. Tuesday at 2102 W. Main St.

Items stolen from vehicle

A rear driver-side window of a 2003 red Ford Explorer was smashed, and two subs, an amp and a CD player were reported stolen at 8:06 a.m. Tuesday at 823 Spark Ave. The items were allegedly taken between Monday and Tuesday.

Child abuse/ neglect reported

A Department of Human Services child abuse/neglect report was made at 9:13 a.m. Tuesday in Freeborn County.
