1 arrested for drunken driving

Albert Lea police arrested Amanda Mae Grover, 40, for second-degree driving while intoxicated and an open container violation after a report of a drunken driver was made at 9:17 p.m. Tuesday at 400 Meredith Road. Grover’s preliminary breath test was measured at .382.

1 cited for tobacco possession

Police cited a juvenile for underage tobacco possession at 4:57 p.m. Tuesday at 212 N. Broadway Ave.

Thefts reported

A possible lawn mower theft from a business was reported at 10:59 a.m. Tuesday at 2317 Consul St. The lawn mower was allegedly stolen last month, and the loss was $9,700.

A theft by check report for $101.04 was made at 5:03 p.m. Tuesday at 1550 Blake Ave.

Drug paraphernalia found

Drug paraphernalia was allegedly found in a residence at 1:40 p.m. Tuesday in Albert Lea.

Assault reported

An assault report was made at 1:45 a.m. Wednesday at 1317 Garfield Ave. The fight was reportedly mutual between 16- year-old and 18-year-old boys.
