MINNEAPOLIS — Authorities said a bus driver accused of driving erratically while taking special-needs children to a suburban Twin Cities school might have been high on drugs.

A witness called police about the bus driver having difficulty staying on the road after dropping off seven students Wednesday morning at North Education Center Academy in New Hope.

The school serves children from kindergarten to age 21 who have physical or emotional difficulties.
