City manager speaks at conference

- The Southeast Minnesota Workforce Housing Summit — a collaboration of regional chambers, Southeast Minnesota Together, Journey to Growth, the Rochester Area Foundation, and Southeast Minnesota Association of Realtors — recently brought panels together to discuss the challenges of finding, building and financing workforce housing Albert Lea City Manager Chad Adams spoke at the conference, which took place in Rochester. Adams spearheaded the event with Paul Richardson of the Rochester Chamber of Commerce. The event was attended by about 300 people including Steve Waldhoff of Mayo Clinic Health System and local real estate broker Robert Hoffman. Provided
