Albert Lea police received a report of a man who reportedly took a photograph up a woman’s skirt on Saturday at Walmart. Police have not made any arrests but are attempting to locate a suspect.

Use of force reported in courtroom

Use of force in a courtroom was reported at 2:19 p.m. Friday at Freeborn County Courthouse. Additional information was not listed in Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office logs.

1 arrested for domestic assault

Albert Lea police arrested Dylan Ray Watson, 24, on probable cause after a domestic incident was reported at 1:39 p.m. Sunday at 134 1/2 W. William St. Watson was arrested after he came to the Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center later Sunday. He was charged Monday with felony false imprisonment and gross misdemeanor domestic assault in connection with the alleged incident.

A male and a female were allegedly fighting at 11:58 a.m. Friday at 2315 Gene Ave.

A domestic incident was reported at 8:36 p.m. Saturday at 1502 W. Clark St.

Injury traffic crash reported

An injury traffic crash was reported at 4:21 p.m. Sunday at 2717 Bridge Ave. No one was transported from the crash.

1 arrested for drunken driving

Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Michael Adam Paolini, 33, for third-degree driving while intoxicated after a suspicious person or vehicle was reported at 12:54 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of 700th Avenue and 240th Street.

3 cited for violations

Police cited Donte Love, 20, for underage drinking and having a disorderly house at 11:07 p.m. Friday at 909 W. Front St. At the scene, police cited a juvenile boy for underage drinking.

Police cited one person for possessing more than 1.4 grams of marijuana in a motor vehicle, possessing drug paraphernalia and having no proof of insurance during a traffic stop at 7:38 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Southeast Broadway Avenue and East Eighth Street. The name of the person was not listed on police records.

1 transported after a fight

A male was reported transported to the hospital via ambulance after a fight at 1:28 a.m. Saturday at 820 Happy Trails Lane. The male, who was allegedly the perpetrator of the fight, did not wish to pursue charges, police records state.

An assault was alleged at 1:41 p.m. Sunday at 72155 Wineglass Road.

1 arrested  on warrant

Erin Tiffany Carlson, 36, was reported arrested in Mower County on a local warrant at 8:18 p.m. Saturday in Mower County.

Items stolen, property damaged

A shop was allegedly broken into and items missing at 6:30 p.m. Friday at 711 Water St.

Vandalism to a trampoline was reported at 5:03 p.m. Sunday at 27309 850th Ave. outside Hollandale.

Someone reported being scammed out of $850 at 10:35 a.m. Saturday at 17164 670th Ave. outside Alden.

Cars were allegedly cutting across property and damaging a yard at 8:36 a.m. Saturday at 307 Hammer Road. Damage was estimated at approximately $100.

A $156 check on a closed account was alleged passed at 4:46 p.m. Saturday at Shopko, 2610 Bridge Ave.

A storage unit was broken into at 4:53 p.m. Saturday at 301 Rezin Ave. No items were missing. Lock mechanisms were reported damaged at 5:21 p.m. and 5:25 p.m. Saturday at the same address.

Garage and patio doors were allegedly broken into at 10:50 p.m. Saturday at 1603 Keystone Drive.

A white Playstation 4 was reported missing after a window of a silver Jeep was broken at 6:19 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of William Street and St. Marys Avenue.

A purse was believed to be stolen at 12:55 p.m. Sunday at Kwik Trip, 1210 E. Main St. The incident allegedly occurred after a purse was lost at the address.

Juvenile problem reported

A juvenile reportedly made terroristic threats toward family members at 5:36 p.m. Sunday at 112 Glenn Road. The juvenile was taken to the emergency room for an evaluation.
