Memorial services for Dennis R. Cochlin, 61, of Albert Lea will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 29, 2017, at St. Theodore Catholic Church. The Rev. Kurt Farrell will officiate. Military honors will be accorded by local servicemen’s organizations. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. Dennis died Sunday, July 23, 2017, at his home.

Dennis Raymond Cochlin was born June 4, 1956, in Albert Lea, the son of Raymond Joseph and Rosalie Teresa (Caron) Cochlin. He grew up in Albert Lea, graduating from Albert Lea High School. Dennis served in the U.S. Navy. After his service, Dennis worked for many years at Hormel Foods in Austin. He was a member of St. Theodore Catholic Church. Dennis was an avid Minnesota Twins fan and enjoyed watching wrestling of any kind.

Dennis is survived by his father, Raymond Cochlin; siblings Bill Cochlin of Woodbury, Kathy (Steve) Jensen of West Des Moines, Iowa, and Rich (Diana) Cochlin of Shakopee; seven nieces and nephews; and three great-nieces and great-nephews.

Dennis was preceded in death by his mother, Rosalie Cochlin; and a brother in infancy, Robert Joseph Cochlin.
