Disabled American Veterans Senior Vice Commander Jim Cummins presents a check to Joe Allen, a local veteran, to help with funeral costs incurred after he lost his wife. Those on hand for the check presentation are Tom Neyers, Cummins, Allen and Joe Avelar. Provided
