Mariah Howe and Scott Eyler of St. Peter announce their engagement.

The bride is the daughter of Bill and Ann Howe of Albert Lea. She is a 2007 graduate of Albert Lea High School and a 2011 graduate of Minnesota State University-Mankato. She is a first-grade teacher at St. Peter Elementary School.

The groom is the son of Keith and Julie Eyler of Albert Lea. He is also a 2007 graduate of Albert Lea High School and a 2012 graduate of Winona State University. He is a customer care representative at Beacon Promotions in New Ulm.

A July 29, 2017, wedding is planned at First Presbyterian Church in Albert Lea.
