A theft of a child’s battery-operated gator was reported at 1:16 p.m. Tuesday at 1006 W. William St. The gator was valued at $285.

A truck was reported damaged at 11:01 a.m. Tuesday at 338 S. Broadway Ave. A rear sliding door was reported broken between Monday night and Tuesday morning.

1 arrested on warrant

Albert Lea police arrested Clarence Edward Petty, 49, on an Olmsted County warrant at 7:26 p.m. Tuesday at 713 Fountain St.
