2 arrested for drunken driving
Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Luis Armando Hidalgo Murillo for driving while intoxicated after a report of a drunken driver was made at 3:34 p.m. Friday at 16404 720th Ave.
Albert Lea police arrested Rusty Allen Smith, 34, for fourth-degree DWI after a fight was reported at 6:09 p.m. Friday at the intersection of West Avenue and Water Street.
Items damaged, stolen
A theft of a boat was reported at 2:24 p.m. Friday at 66484 310th St., outside Hartland. The incident allegedly happened prior to Wednesday.
A gas theft in the amount of $35.66 was reported at 5:24 p.m. Sunday at SuperAmerica, 23087 Minnesota Highway 13.
Doors and a machine shed were reported damaged at 7:24 p.m. Sunday at 78320 Minnesota Highway 251, outside Clarks Grove.
Criminal damage to vehicles was reported at 8:11 a.m. Friday at 714 Alcove St.
A blue CD case, 20 swords and 10 daggers were reported stolen from a vehicle at 3:52 p.m. Saturday at 514 E. Seventh St.

domestic assault
Deputies arrested Bradley Steven Wilkerson for misdemeanor domestic assault, interfering with a 911 call and false imprisonment after a 911 hangup call was reported at 2:54 a.m. Saturday at 409 W. Main St., Geneva.
1 cited for violations
Police cited Courtney Kaasa, 25, for a stop sign violation, possessing drug paraphernalia, possessing a small amount of marijuana and allowing an open container during a traffic stop at 7:47 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of East Third Street and James Avenue.
2 arrested on warrants
Deputies arrested Lynda Ruth Michel on a Nicollet County warrant at 3:50 p.m. Friday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.
Police arrested Melissa Lynn Hernandez, 42, on local warrants at 10:40 p.m. Friday at 702 St. Thomas Ave.
Child abuse/neglect reported
Reports of child abuse/neglect were made at 9:36 a.m. and 9:37 a.m. Friday in Freeborn County.
A sex crime with a child victim was reported at 8:29 p.m. Friday in Albert Lea.
Harassment reported
Graphic, unwanted messages from an unknown person were reported at 11:14 a.m. Friday in the Hollandale area.
A 17-year-old boy was reportedly exposing himself in a vehicle at 4:16 p.m. Friday at 1609 W. Main St. He was advised of the complaint.
