Judy E. Tetzloff, 63, of Faribault, formerly of Waseca, died Saturday, Sept. 9, 2017, at Koda Living Community in Owatonna.

Born on Dec. 12, 1953, in Albert Lea, Judy was the daughter of Carlyle and Grace (Eisnach) Johnson. She graduated from Ellendale High School and worked at Herter’s and E.F. Johnson Co. in Waseca. Judy enjoyed sewing, garage sales, gardening, gambling and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by two children, Amy (Mathias) Gregor of Waseca and Angela Sartor of Owatonna; and three grandchildren, Emma and Ella Gregor and Isaac Sartor. She is also survived by siblings Alice Johnson of New Richland, Louise Pederson of New Richland, Marty (Karen) Johnson of Geneva and Nancy (LeRoy) Stitz of Owatonna. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; twin sister, Julie Hagen; longtime companion, Don Tuerk; sister-in-law, Susan Johnson; and great niece, McKenzie Johnson.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Dennis Funeral & Cremation Services in Waseca and will continue one hour before the service at the church.  Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at St. John Lutheran Church in Owatonna. Burial will follow at North Freeborn Lutheran Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Steele County Humane Society.
