3 arrested, cited for violations

Albert Lea police arrested Patrick Allan Toft, 37, on a harassment restraining order violation after a violation was reported at 7:08 p.m. Friday on the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue.

Police arrested Emma Kathleen Sullivan, 18, during a traffic stop at 12:55 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Riviera Drive and Hillhaven Street. Formal charges were requested for driving after suspension, underage alcohol possession and an open bottle violation.

Police cited Mark Duane Bolinger, 18, for possessing a small amount of marijuana during a traffic stop at 12:53 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Euclid Avenue and West Front Street.

4 arrested on warrants

Police arrested Christopher Lloyd Vanryswyk, 37, on a Department of Corrections warrant at 11:56 a.m. Friday at 190 E. Main St.

Police arrested Benjamin Alberto Padilla Jr., 26, on a local warrant at 1:50 a.m. Saturday at 210 E. Front St.

Police arrested Qualita Gracie McClendon, 22, on a local warrant at 8:50 a.m. Saturday at 310 Euclid Ave.

Police arrested David Thomas Neely, 42, on a warrant at 6:10 p.m. Saturday at 410 St. Peter Ave.

Truck damaged, thefts reported

A truck was reported keyed at 11:17 p.m. Friday at 522 Prospect Ave. There were two large scratches on the driver’s side of the truck and a cup of soda poured on the car. Damage was estimated at $1,000.

Two hundred dollars worth of clothes were reported stolen at 11:21 p.m. Friday at 115 1/2 S. Broadway Ave.

Theft by fraud was reported at 3:37 p.m. Saturday at 1550 Blake Ave.

An iPhone 6S valued between $600 and $700 was reported taken from an apartment at 1:36 p.m. Sunday at 224 E. Clark St.
