Funeral services for Mabel F. Reichow, 90, of Albert Lea will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Theodore Catholic Church. The Rev. Kurt Farrell will officiate. Mabel died on Saturday, Jan. 27, 2018, at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester.

Mabel Florence Reichow was born on Jan. 17, 1928, in Newry township the daughter of William and Ethel (Cunningham) Arett. She was raised in Freeborn County and attended Albert Lea Schools. On June 25, 1949, Mabel was united in marriage to Allan H. Reichow at St. Theodore Catholic Church. Mabel enjoyed gardening, camping with her family and baking.

Mabel is survived by her sons Gary Reichow, Jeffery Reichow and Michael (Cheryl) Reichow;

grandchildren Jennifer Reichow (Cole), Melissa Reichow (Joshua), Jason Reichow, Dessari (Jason) Oakland, Amy (Joey) Talamantes, Amber (Trevor) Gilliam and Jordan Reichow (Daly); great- grandchildren Ellery, Grayson, Paisley, Trey, Caleb, Brennan, Bryson, Alayna, Caradee, Harper and Sophia; brother, Jerry (Karen) Arett; and sisters Marjorie Barber, Jurine Johnson, Libby (Darrell) Maternouski and Marlene Brown. Many nieces and nephews.

Mabel was preceded in death by her parents; son, Joseph in infancy; husband, Allan; sister, Kathy (Donny) Olson; brother, Lawrence (Evelyn) Arett; mother- and father-in-law Harry and Martina Reichow; brothers-in-law Herb Barber, Roland Johnson and Lowell Brown.
