Alden-Conger senior wants to be architectural designer
Q: What grade are you in?
A: 12.
Q: What town do you live in, and which school do you attend?
A: Outside of Alden. Alden-Conger High School.
Q: Who is your immediate family?
A: Father, Gary; mother, Mary; sister, Toni.
Q: Which sports do you play?
A: Basketball and golf.
Q: What is your favorite part of playing your sport?
A: Staying active.
Q: What has playing that sport taught you?
A: To work hard and never give up.
Q: What’s your favorite sports memory?
A: Scoring 26 points in a game two years ago, and All-Conference golf.
Q: Which game are you looking forward to most this year?
A: St. Clair, because they give us a challenge.
Q: How did you get started in your sport?
A: My dad.
Q: What sports did your family members play?
A: Dad, basketball and baseball; Mom, track; sister, basketball.
Q: What are your sports-related achievements?
A: All-Conference golf; conference champions for golf (team).
Q: What are your sports-related goals?
A: Go to state in golf.
Q: Who is your favorite professional athlete? Why?
A: Case Keenum, because he is humble and keeps his composure.
Q: What are your college plans? Major?
A: Iowa State University with a major in architectural design.

A: Art.

A: Mrs. Schulte, the art teacher.

A: Showing pigs, pigeons and doing artwork.

A: Being an architectural designer.

A: I am very artistic and I live on a farm.
