A hit-and-run crash with injuries deemed not life-threatening was reported at 8:04 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East College Street and South Newton Avenue. More information was not available at press time.

A house was reported broken into and tools taken at 4:28 p.m. Wednesday at 17156 760th Ave.
Tampering/a theft of electricity was reported at 4:52 a.m. Thursday at 133 W. William St.

Child abuse/neglect reports were made at 4:19 p.m. and 4:20 p.m. Wednesday in Freeborn County.
2 arrested on warrants
Albert Lea police arrested Seth Galen Kilian-Bock, 22, on a warrant at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.
Police arrested Nicholas David McPherson, 32, on a local warrant at 10:21 p.m. Wednesday at 202 Glenn Road.
