Thanks for work clearing roads

I wish to convey my thoughts and appreciation to the Albert Lea Street Commission (or whatever their official title is).

You people did an outstanding job after the ice/sleet storms of Feb. 19 and 20 and on Friday. Under terrible conditions, you people helped to keep this community as safe as was possible under those conditions. I am proud to live in a place that has that much dedication from our civil servants as you have displayed.  Again, thank you.

P.S. I hope that the police department’s medical coverage also covers carpal tunnel syndrome for all the accident reports that they had to write up. (Thank you, police department and fire department, as well)
