1 arrested on violations
Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Jeremy Scott Evenson, 35, for third-degree driving while intoxicated and fleeing on foot after a suspicious person or vehicle was reported at 10:29 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Bellview Lane and Lynwood Drive.
Thefts reported
A credit card number was reported stolen and used in Las Vegas at 10:53 a.m. Wednesday at 10515 880th Ave. outside Glenville.
A theft of $720 from a checking account was reported at 11:13 a.m. Wednesday at 75252 303rd St. outside Clarks Grove. A second attempted theft was stopped by a bank.
A four-digit keypad was reported stolen off a door at 7:01 p.m. Wednesday at 27497 830rd Ave. outside Hollandale.
Two checks totaling $158.78 on a closed account were reported at 1:07 p.m. Wednesday at Bomgaars, 1721 W. Main St.
A gas drive-off of $32 was reported at 4:36 p.m. Wednesday at Casey’s General Store, 2222 E. Main St. The suspect vehicle was described as a black four-door Pontiac Bonneville.
A laptop was reported stolen at 8:23 p.m. Wednesday at 2306 E. Main St. There is a possible suspect. Estimated loss from the incident was $100.
2 arrested on warrants
Albert Lea police arrested Dustin Wayne Lubben, 32, on a Mower County warrant during a traffic stop at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East Clark Street and Elizabeth Avenue. Lubben was charged for misdemeanor providing false information.
Police arrested Bah Bluet, 26, on a local warrant at 9:44 p.m. Wednesday at 1715 S.E. Marshall St.
