2 cited for violations

Albert Lea police cited one juvenile for assault after a fight was reported at 12:50 p.m. Thursday at 2000 Tiger Lane. Police cited another juvenile for disorderly conduct at the scene.

Thefts, damage reported

Theft by fraud was reported at 8:26 p.m. Thursday at 31585 780th Ave. outside Ellendale. A previous power of attorney was reportedly writing multiple checks out of an account without permission.

A car was reported broken into at 3:14 p.m. Thursday at 302 E. Seventh St. A wallet was taken from the unlocked car but was found in the yard missing a $100 bill and Social Security card. No suspects were identified.

A report of someone kicking in a car window was made at 5:41 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Plainview Lane and South Fourth Avenue.

Damage to a door from an attempted break-in was reported at 8:04 p.m. Thursday at 1400 Sheridan St. A basement window was reported tampered with.

1 arrested on warrant

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Seth Galen Kilian-Bock, 22, on local warrants at 10:03 a.m. Thursday at 411 S. Broadway Ave. Kilian-Bock was held on an apprehension and detention order.
