1 arrested after incident

Albert Lea police arrested Denise Burbank after a domestic incident was reported at 11:23 p.m. Friday at 500 Frank Ave.

Police arrested Kimberly Ann Ammons, 47, for a gross misdemeanor order for protection violation after investigation follow-up was reported at 1:59 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of Garfield Avenue.

Break-ins, thefts reported

A church was reported broken into at 8:23 a.m. Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church, 501 S. Washington Ave.

A break-in to a bay was reported at 2:22 a.m. Saturday at Bridgeport Car Wash, 2311 Bridge Ave.

A window was reported broken at 12:33 p.m. Saturday at Ascension Lutheran Church, 1101 U.S. Highway 69. Damage was estimated at $250 to $500.

A vehicle was reported broken into at 9:25 p.m. Sunday at 1708 Frank Hall Drive. A gray and silver Under Armour backpack was missing.

Four juveniles were reportedly going through cars at 8:41 p.m. Friday at 210 E. Front St.

Items were reported stolen at 10:40 a.m. Friday at 10873 Main St. in Gordonsville.

Checks were reported stolen out of a house at 1:01 p.m. Friday in Emmons. Forty dollars of checks were written at Walmart.

Items were reported stolen at 2:48 p.m. Friday at Clarks Grove Storage. The items were found in an Albert Lea Police Department case.

1 arrested on warrant

Deputies arrested Jamie Lee Tippery on a local warrant at 1:36 p.m. Friday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

Child abuse/neglect reported

A child abuse/neglect report was filed at 6:19 p.m. Friday in the Glenville area.
