ProfitProAg will host two educational events on April 4 highlighting the benefits of treating liquid manure.

According to a press release, the first meeting will start with registration from 9:30 to 10 a.m. The educational event will be from 10 a.m. to noon and lunch will follow. Registration for the second meeting will be from 11:30 a.m. to noon. Lunch will be from noon to 1 p.m. and the educational event will be from 1 to 3 p.m. A one-on-one question and answer session will follow the second session.

Stakeholders in the livestock industry are encouraged to attend.

Benefits of treating liquid manure that will be discussed include how to reduce odors, lethal gases and flies, improve animal health, reduced washing and cleaning times and reduced environmental impact after field application, among others, the release said.
