A 40- to 50-year-old man was reportedly walking through a home described as holding a small, red-handled, kitchen-like knife at 8:53 a.m. Wednesday at 625 Water St. The man reportedly threatened he would return.
A landlord reportedly kicked in a door at 3:49 p.m. Wednesday at 306 E. Seventh St. The landlord reportedly had a baseball bat while in the kitchen.
A window was reported broken in an attempted break-in at 4:23 p.m. Wednesday at 515 W. College St.
Death threats were reported and a 2017 Ford Fiesta stolen by the same people who were engaging in threatening behavior via video chat format at 7:12 p.m. Wednesday at 2003 1/2 Neale St. The vehicle was reported recovered in Georgia.
