The Cadets of Hollandale hosted pinewood derby races March 12 at Hollandale Christian School following the annual Dutch supper at Hollandale Reformed Church.

Top three appearance-winners in the third- and fourth-grade division were Landon VanderPloeg, third place; Isaac Zenk, second place; and Kevin McCarthy, first place.

Appearance-winners in the fifth- through eighth-grade division were Levi Denherder, third place; Ole Zenk, second place; and Lucas Ravenhorst, first place.

Open class appearance-winners were Carey Slegh, third place; Maddie DenHerder, second place; and Mike Ravenhorst, first place.

Cadet pinewood derby racing winners were Nicholas Slegh, third place; Steven Zenk, second place; and Henry Kuiters, first place. Open class winners were Joey Kuiters, first place; Mike Ravenhorst, second place; and Evie Ravenhorst, first place.
