1 arrested for DWI, 2 cited for underage drinking

Albert Lea police arrested Adriana Leticia Guerra, 19, for third-degree driving while intoxicated after a liquor law violation was reported at 12:21 a.m. Friday at 1210 E. Main St. At the scene, police cited Patrick Allen Dooley, 19, and Madelyne Elizabe Perez-Kirsch, 20, for underage drinking.

 

Items broken, stolen

A pull-tab box was reported broken at 8:06 a.m. Thursday at Aragon Bar, 130 W. College St. No forced entry was reported, and nothing was missing.

Several items were reported missing from a house at 3:56 p.m. Thursday at 324 Fairview Drive.

 

Child abuse/neglect reported

One child abuse/neglect report was filed at 10:14 a.m. Thursday and two were filed at 10:15 a.m. Thursday in Freeborn County.

 

1 arrested on warrant

Police arrested Gerald Leroy Shaffer, 37, on a warrant at 2:23 p.m. Thursday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.
