55-plus driver program offered

A Minnesota Highway Safety and Research Center-certified instructor will teach 55+ driver improvement programs in Albert Lea and Owatonna.

According to a press release, participants will be provided with the latest information in regards to driver safety, new laws and vehicle technology.

Two eight-hour first-time courses are scheduled. The first will be from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. May 7 and May 8 at the Albert Lea Senior Center. The second is from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. May 14 and May 15 at Roosevelt School in Owatonna.
