Neil Luegge of Hermantown, formerly of Albert Lea, died Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2018. A celebration of life will take place April 21 at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Duluth. A visitation will be at 10 a.m. with the service beginning at 11 a.m. The family requests no flowers.
