Save Our Hospital to host fundraiser

The Save Our Hospital committee will host a dinner and silent auction to raise funds to hire a consultant to assist in their efforts to bring a new clinic and critical care services back to Albert Lea, according to a press release.
The event, which is a partnership between the city, county and Save Our Hospital group, will be from 4 to 7 p.m. April 14 at First Lutheran Church in Albert Lea.
Dinner includes pulled pork sandwiches, salads and bars. The cost for adults is $8, 12 and under are $6 and children under 3 are free. To-go boxes will be available.
There will be a silent auction with several items, including original artwork, baskets, gift cards, a gas grill and a lawn mower, among others. The group is continuing to accept donations. To donate, contact angielynnhanson@gmail.com.
