1 arrested on drug violations
Albert Lea police arrested Richard Allen Morgan, 26, for third-degree drug possession, fifth-degree drug possession, possessing drug paraphernalia and a local warrant after a suspicious person or vehicle was reported at 12:36 a.m. Monday on the 1500 block of Margaretha Avenue.
Assaults/disorderly conduct reported
Police cited a juvenile for assault/disorderly conduct at 11:41 a.m. Friday at Albert Lea High School, 2000 Tiger Lane.
Police cited Jose Ambriz Becerra, 39, for fifth-degree assault after a fight was reported at 10:53 p.m. Saturday at 2229 Gene Ave.
Police cited Jennifer M. Ivy, 46, and Janine Marie Nowacki, 47, for disorderly conduct after an assault report was filed at 12:30 p.m. Sunday at 2011 E. Main St.
An assault was reported at 5:38 p.m. Friday at 415 W. College St.
A report of someone chest-bumping another person down the stairs was made at 8:12 p.m. Friday at 210 E. Seventh St.
Car damaged, items stolen
Instruments were reported taken from a church at 7:52 a.m. Sunday at Iglesia Emmanuel church, 214 S. Washington Ave. The incident allegedly occurred between Friday night and the time the incident was reported, and there was no sign of forced entry.
A car was reported keyed at 3:33 p.m. Friday at 1406 S. Broadway Ave. Damage was estimated at $500.
Two cartons of Newport menthol cigarettes with a Missouri tax stamp were reported stolen from a vehicle at 10 p.m. Sunday at 1903 Knoll Drive.
