Learning about the Ojibwe people

- Halverson Elementary School second-grade students have been learning about the Ojibwe people and working hard creating their Ojibwe bags in social studies, according to a press release. They are using colors found in nature and have meaning to them, just like the Ojibwe, when coloring their bags. When they are finished they will be asked to explain why they used the colors they did and the meaning behind them. - Provided
