Destiny Jahnke of Richmond, Virginia, and Jake Bullard of Richmond, Virginia, announce their engagement.

The bride is the daughter of James and Debbie Jahnke and Shannon Johnson and granddaughter to the late Ellsworth and Betty Jahnke and the late Roger and Sandra Kelley.  She is employed as a pharmacy tech at CVS Health.

The groom is the son of Rob and Melissa Bullard of Richmond Virginia. He is the grandson of the late Ernest and Ruby Bullard and the late Gerry and Betty Hogan. The groom is employed by Tradel as operation support.

The wedding is planned for Aug. 4.
