Mr. Haney, because he makes learning fun and keeps class entertaining! He is always willing to take the extra step to ask you how you’re doing and is always willing to help.

“The Great Gatsby” by F. Scott Fitzgerald.

Current/past activities, volunteer work and accomplishments:

Football captain, track and field team leader, National Honors Society, Student Council, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, small group leader at church, choir, choral, musical, link crew, Environmental Awareness Club.

What do you want to do after high school?

I want to attend the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and major in either physical therapy or nursing.

What advice would you give to younger students in Albert Lea?

You get out of it what you put into it. Never be afraid to try new things, because it will make your high school experience that much better.
