Thefts reported

A report of a dark blue Cadillac leaving without paying for $35.02 in gas made at 6:46 a.m. Wednesday at SuperAmerica, 23087 Minnesota Highway 13. The suspect was described as a male with a red coat. The vehicle allegedly turned south out of the parking lot.

A report of a fraudulent lottery winning notification was filed at 10:57 a.m. Tuesday at 329 Meredith Road.

A car was reported broken into with jewelry missing at 5:15 a.m. Wednesday at 609 E. Fifth St.

 

1 arrested for violations

Albert Lea police arrested a 16-year-old for underage drinking, motor vehicle tampering, a curfew violation and tobacco possession after a report of motor vehicle tampering was filed at 4:34 a.m. Tuesday at 1629 Massee St.
