1 arrested for domestic assault
Albert Lea police arrested Jennifer Lynn Christensen, 46, for domestic assault after a domestic incident was reported at 5:23 p.m. Wednesday at 121 Elizabeth Ave.
2 arrested, cited for drunken driving
Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Cole James Mullenmaster, 28, for second-degree driving while intoxicated, gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation and an open bottle violation after a dark SUV was reported at the end of a driveway with the lights on at 8:24 p.m. Saturday at 32881 790th Ave. in the Ellendale area.
Police cited Justin Gary Peterson, 41, for fourth-degree DWI and having a .08 blood alcohol content within two hours after a man was not responding in the Hardee’s drive-thru, 1147 S. Broadway.
4 arrested on warrants
Police arrested David Allen Villerreal, 36, on a felony warrant at 4:38 p.m. Wednesday at 1005 Dunham St.
Police arrested Christina Marie Jepson, 30, on a local warrant at 8:32 p.m. Wednesday at 604 Giles Place.
Police arrested Jon David Stout, 31, on a local warrant at 10:07 p.m. Wednesday at 212 N. Washington Ave.
Police arrested Brittany Jane Brewer, 31, on a local warrant during a traffic stop at 3:39 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Freeborn County Road 101 and Minnesota Highway 13. Brewer was cited for driving after revocation.
Police arrested James Michael Harris, 32, on a Mower County warrant at 11:06 p.m. Saturday at 1510 Academy Ave. Harris was transferred to Mower County.
2 cited for shoplifting
Police cited Juan Francis Gallegos-Padilla, 38, and Robin Lee Torres, 43, for shoplifting at 8:29 p.m. Sunday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.
Thefts, damage reported
A loaded pistol with no rounds in the chamber was reported taken from a vehicle in a garage at 1:16 p.m. Friday at 709 Fountain St.
A male reported another person using his checks at 9:45 p.m. Wednesday at 226 E. Clark St.
A license plate was reported stolen at 9:59 a.m. Friday at 80860 110th St. in the Glenville area.
Items were reported missing and a door kicked in at 8:06 a.m. Thursday at 1101 S. Newton Ave.
A phone theft was reported at 10:50 a.m. Friday at 1020 Bridge Ave. The suspect was known to the alleged victim.
Checks were reported cashed on a stolen account at 9:11 p.m. Friday at 701 S. Broadway Ave. A suspect was identified.
Tires were reported smashed on a 2008 tan Impala at 2:02 p.m. Saturday at 105 N. Third Ave.
The back of a garage was reported spray painted at 4:53 p.m. Thursday at 117 Bridge Ave.
A leaf blower and a heater were reported taken from a garage at 2:18 p.m. Sunday at 1014 W. Main St.
