2 arrested, cited after alleged assaults

Albert Lea police arrested Ku Say after an assault report was filed at 7:10 p.m. Thursday at 2410 Y.H. Hanson Ave.

Police cited Robert Jan Fisher for misdemeanor fifth-degree assault after an assault report was filed at 10:21 a.m. Thursday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

 

2 arrested, cited for drug possession

Police arrested Theresa Mae Book for fifth-degree drug possession and cited Ehric Martin Barnes for driving after revocation during a traffic stop at 2:26 a.m. Friday at 133 W. William St.

 

Damage reported

A battery was reported thrown through someone’s back window at 7:29 a.m. Thursday at 302 Court St. Damage was estimated at $300.
